PennDOT District 11 is announcing shoulder restrictions on I-279 (Parkway North) in City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, January 8 weather permitting.
Shoulder restrictions will occur weekdays on I-279 in each direction in the area of the Tripoli Street Bridge through late March according to the following schedule:
- Southbound – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Northbound – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Crews will continue repair work on the Tripoli Street Bridge.
Please use caution while driving through the area. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
