PennDOT District 11 is announcing a lane restriction on Forbes Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, April 8, weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction on Forbes Avenue at the Brady Street intersection will occur from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday nights through mid-November as crews begin preparatory work on the ramp that carries the inbound Boulevard of the Allies to inbound I-376 (Parkway East). Lane restrictions may also occur from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday nights as needed.
Additionally, flagging operations on Brady Street will occur at the intersections with Forbes Avenue and Second Avenue. Flagging will occur from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday nights and 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday nights as needed.
