The Department of Public Works announced today that the 3100 block of New England Road in West Mifflin Borough has reopened to traffic. The closure, which began on October 12, 2020, was required for replacement of Pine Run Bridge No. 6. That work included installation of scour protection, storm drains, and guide rail as well as roadway repairs.

The $150,000 emergency project was done by Pugliano Construction Co., Inc., of Pittsburgh.
