PennDOT District 11 is announcing reconstruction work on I-376 ramps at the Flaugherty Run Road interchange in Findlay Township, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, April 17 weather permitting.

Intermittent lane shifts and shoulder closures will occur from 7 a.m. Monday, April 17 through Friday, June 30 in the following locations:

  • I-376 eastbound on-ramp from Business Loop 376/Flaugherty Run Road/Clinton Road
  • I-376 westbound off-ramp at the Flaugherty Run Road/Moon (Exit 51) interchange

The ramps will remain open to traffic during construction.

The ramp work is part of the $66.34 million I-376 roadway reconstruction project.  Overall work includes concrete reconstruction and rehabilitation, joint repairs, bridge deck overlays and guiderail and drainage improvements on 7.5 miles of I-376.  The project will conclude in November 2017.

Swank Construction Company LLC is the prime contractor.

Motorists should use caution and allow extra time when traveling through the area.
