PennDOT District 11 is announcing bridge rehabilitation work on Cove Run Road (Route 1016) in Indiana Township, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, April 1 weather permitting.

Bridge rehabilitation work, including deck replacement, bridge painting, bearing replacement, substructure repair and approach roadway work, will begin at 7 a.m. Monday morning on the structure over Deer Creek near Eisele Road. Single-lane alternating traffic controlled by temporary traffic signals will occur on the bridge during construction. The overall project will conclude in November 2019.

The prime contractor is Allison Park Contractors on this $1.81 million project.
