PennDOT is announcing improvements on Bull Creek Road (Route 1034) in Fawn Township, Allegheny County will begin Monday, June 19 weather permitting.

Single-lane alternating traffic will occur weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Bull Creek Road between Millerstown Road (Route 1030) and Howes Run Road (Route 1033) through mid-September.  Improvements include milling and resurfacing, base repairs, and drainage upgrades.

The project is part of a $3.61 million group paving contract. Crews from A. Folino Construction, Inc. will conduct the work.

Motorists should use caution when traveling through the corridor.  Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
