PennDOT District 11 is announcing gas line replacement work on Forbes Avenue (Route 2108) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will begin Wednesday, January 9 weather permitting.

Single-lane restrictions will occur on Forbes Avenue in each direction between South Neville Street and Devon Road as crews from the M. O’Herron Company conduct gas line replacement work.  Restrictions will occur weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through early April.  Weekend work may occur. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and assisted by police.
