PennDOT District 11 is announcing restrictions on Route 28 in Frazer Township, Allegheny County, will begin Monday, April 15 weather permitting.

Off-peak single-lane restrictions, shoulder closures, and short-term traffic stoppages will occur as needed on Route 28 under the Butler Logan Bridge (Route 1019) according to the following schedule:

  • Southbound – From 9 a.m. to 5 a.m. the following day
  • Northbound – From 7 p.m. to 2 p.m. the following day

Restrictions will occur as needed for demolition, construction, painting, and removal of the paint containment system on the Butler Logan Bridge over Route 28 through late September.
