PennDOT District 11 is announcing utility designation work on Route 4031 (Babcock Boulevard) in McCandless and Pine townships, Allegheny County will continue Monday, February 12 weather permitting.

Utility designation and drilling work will occur on Babcock Boulevard between Kummer Road and Old State Road from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through early March. Lane restrictions will occur and flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone as needed. Please use caution in the area.

Crews from JMT, Inc. and All Ways Safe will conduct the work.
