PennDOT is announcing slide repair work on Route 4080 (Toms Run Road) in Kilbuck Township, Allegheny County will begin Tuesday, September 24 weather permitting.

Slide repair and cross pipe replacement work, requiring the closure of a portion of Toms Run Road between Route 65 and Duff Road, will begin at approximately 7 a.m. on Tuesday. To allow the work to occur, an around-the-clock closure of Toms Run Road will occur through mid-October. Traffic will be detoured.

South of the Closure

  • From Toms Run Road, take Route 65 northbound
  • Take the left hand ramp to North 79 toward Erie
  • At the stop sign, turn right onto Kilbuck Street
  • Kilbuck Street becomes Glenfield Road
  • Turn right onto Mt. Nebo Road
  • Turn right onto Riya Lane
  • Turn right onto Duff Road
  • Follow Duff Road to Toms Run Road
  • End detour

North of the Closure

  • Toms Run Road becomes Duff Road
  • Turn left onto Riya Lane
  • Turn left onto Mt. Nebo Road
  • Turn left onto Glenfield Road
  • Glenfield Road become Kilbuck Street
  • Turn left on the ramp to southbound Route 65 toward Emsworth
  • Follow southbound Route 65 back to Toms Run Road
  • End detour

PennDOT crews will conduct the work. Please use caution if traveling in the area.
