PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on Route 19 (Cochran Road) and Route 3034 (Kelso Road) in the Municipality of Mount Lebanon, Allegheny County will begin today, Monday, January 12 weather permitting.  

Single-lane restrictions will occur from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day according to the following schedule:

Monday, January 12

·         Kelso Road between Bethany Drive and Moreland Drive

Tuesday, January 13

·         Kelso Road between Bethany Drive and Moreland Drive

·         Cochran Road between Washington Road and Florida Avenue

Wednesday, January 14

·         Kelso Road between Bethany Drive and Moreland Drive

·         Kelso Road between Pembroke Drive and Bower Hill Road

·         Cochran Road between Washington Road and Florida Avenue

Thursday, January 15

·         Kelso Road between Pembroke Drive and Bower Hill Road

·         Cochran Road between Washington Road and Florida Avenue

Friday, January 16

·         Kelso Road between Pembroke Drive and Bower Hill Road

Crews from Robinson Pipe Cleaning Company will conduct sanitary and storm sewer cleaning, investigation, and inspection work. Please use caution if traveling on this roadway. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
