Serving the Airport Corridor since 2009, RideACTA – operated by ACTA – is a shared-ride, flex-route shuttle service that transports people between the IKEA Super Stop and nearly 200 local businesses.  RideACTA shuttles have seating for 25 passengers, are wheelchair accessible and offer free Wi-Fi on board the vehicles.  Additionally, the shuttle can be tracked on your smartphone by downloading the RideACTA app in your respective app store.

Using the RideACTA shuttle is as easy as 1..2..3!

  1. Board any of the Port Authority bus routes that serve the Super Stop at IKEA (all rides must begin or end at the Super Stop at IKEA).  These routes include the 28X Airport Flyer, 29 Robinson and 24 West Park routes.  When you arrive at the IKEA Super Stop board the RideACTA shuttle located behind the bus stop.
  2. Tell the driver where you would like to be dropped off.  Locations must be within 1.5 miles of the bus stop.  The driver will then take you to your designated location.
  3. When departing the RideACTA shuttle you can tell your driver what time you would like to be picked up from your location or you can call our Dispatch at 412.442.4773 to schedule your ride back to the bus stop.  We do ask that riders cancel their return trip if they don’t need it…no shows cause unnecessary delays for everyone.
