PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection activities on the ramp from the Fort Duquesne Bridge (I-279) to Reedsdale Street in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Monday through Thursday, February 10-13 weather permitting.
Crews will conduct inspection work on the ramp that carries traffic to Reedsdale Street from the northbound Fort Duquesne Bridge (upper deck) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. The following restrictions will occur:
- A single-lane restriction on the ramp from the Fort Duquesne Bridge (upper deck) to Reedsdale Street (Exit 1B – North Shore)
- A single-lane closure on Reedsdale Street in the southbound direction
- A single-lane and shoulder closure on the ramp from southbound Route 65 to the Fort Duquesne Bridge (lower deck)
- A single-lane and shoulder closure on the ramp from Ridge Avenue to the Fort Duquesne Bridge (lower deck)
Crews from the Azalea Group and the Sofis Rigging Company will conduct the ramp inspection work.
