The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing lane restrictions in both directions of I-376 (Parkway East) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Saturday morning, August 16 weather permitting.

Routine bridge inspection activities requiring right-lane closures will occur from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon) on Saturday between the Route 885/Oakland (Exit 73B) and the Squirrel Hill/Homestead (Exit 74) interchanges.

Crews from Larson Design Group will conduct inspection work on the structure carrying I-376 traffic over Four Mile Run.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
