PennDOT District 11 is announcing bridge inspection activities on I-376 (Parkway West) in Carnegie Borough, Allegheny County, will occur Saturday and Sunday morning, August 2-3 weather permitting.

Inspection activities, requiring a single-lane restriction on I-376 near the Carnegie (Exit 65) interchange will occur from 6 a.m. to noon each day in the following directions:

  • Saturday, August 2 – Eastbound I-376
  • Sunday, August 3 – Westbound I-376

Crews from Mackin Engineering will conduct the inspection work.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
