PennDOT District 11 is announcing a lane restriction in the inbound (northbound) Liberty Tunnel in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Tuesday night, September 17.
A single-lane restriction will occur in the inbound direction of the Liberty Tunnel from 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night through 4:30 a.m. Wednesday morning as crews conduct lighting and electrical work.
