PennDOT District 11 is announcing a lane restriction on northbound I-279 (Parkway North) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Friday, June 27 weather permitting.
The right-hand lane and shoulder on northbound I-279 will be restricted between the Chestnut Street/East Ohio Street/Etna (Exit 1D) off-ramp and the East Ohio Street overpass from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday for bridge pier repair work.
Please use caution if traveling in the area. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
