PennDOT District 11 is announcing overnight closures on the ramp from eastbound I-376 (Parkway West) to northbound I-79 in Robinson Township, Allegheny County, will continue, Friday, June 6 weather permitting.
Reconstruction work on the ramp that carries traffic from eastbound I-376 to northbound I-79 (Exit 64A North 79 Erie) will continue weeknights from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. through Friday night, June 13. Crews will conduct ramp improvements including barrier work and deck and approach slab crack sealing. Traffic will be detoured.

- Take the Interstate 79/Erie/Washington (Exit 64A) exit
- Take the southbound Interstate 79 ramp toward Washington
- Take the Carnegie (Exit 57) exit
- Turn left on West Main Street
- Turn right onto the northbound I-79/Erie ramp
- Follow northbound I-79 to the I-376 interchange
- End detour
The ramp work is part of the $12.6 million project on the Parkway West located between the Ridge Road (Exit 61) and I-79 (Exit 64A) interchanges in Robinson and Collier townships. Additionally, milling and paving on I-376, ramp preservation work, overhead sign structure repairs, drainage improvements, guide rail updates, and sign and pavement marking installation work will occur in 2025. Restrictions include the long-term closure of Boyce Road, ramp closures, overnight single-lane restrictions, and four weekend-long single-lane closures. The majority of the project is anticipated to be completed in late 2025, however, punch list work is expected to continue through January of 2026.
