Lane restrictions needed for pipeline work as part of the Mon/Fayette Expressway Project.

The Pennsylvania Turnpike (PA Turnpike) wants to advise motorists that the portion of Pittsburgh McKeesport Road that then becomes Richland Avenue in Dravosburg, Allegheny County will be restricted to one lane for approximately seven months beginning March 30.

This section of roadway lies between Bettis Road and 6th Street. Southbound traffic will remain in a single lane for an extra 600 feet until after the construction zone where it will become two lanes.

This restriction will be in place around the clock until the end of October allowing crews to replace old drainage pipes with new and to also install new utility pipes.

This traffic impact is part of the Mon/Fayette Expressway PA Route 51 to I-376 Project. For more information about the project, please visit: PA Route 51 to I-376 of the Mon/Fayette Expressway
