PennDOT District 11 is announcing utility work on William Penn Highway (Route 2048) in the Municipality of Monroeville, Allegheny County will begin Friday, December 13 weather permitting.

Single-lane restrictions will occur on William Penn Highway in both directions between Alpine Village Drive and McClure Road/Cavitt Road weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through early January. Crews from Peoples Natural Gas will conduct gas line installation work.

Please use caution if traveling in the area. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
