PennDOT District 11 is announcing drilling operations on Connor Road (Route 3038) in Castle Shannon Borough, Allegheny County will begin Monday, December 16 weather permitting.
Lane restrictions will occur on Connor Road in both directions between Library Road (Route 88) and Willow Avenue weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through early January. Crews from Armstrong Drilling, Inc. will conduct drilling work.
