PennDOT District 11 is announcing culvert replacement work on Rochester Road (Route 4011) in Ross Township, Allegheny County will begin Monday, June 2 weather permitting.
Culvert replacement work requiring a full closure of Rochester Road between Nocklyn Drive and Reis Run Road/Sewickley Oakmont Road will begin at 6 a.m. Monday, June 2. Rochester Road will close to through traffic continuously through 5 p.m. Sunday, August 10. Traffic will be detoured.

South of the Closure
· Follow Rochester Road to Route 19 (Perry Highway)
· Turn left onto Route 19
· Turn left onto Sewickley Oakmont Road
· Follow Sewickley Oakmont Road back to Rochester Road
· End detour
North of the Closure
· Same detour in the opposite direction
Crews from CH&D Enterprises will conduct the culvert replacement work as part of this $1.10 million project which also includes approach roadway work and pavement marking installation.
