PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Mt. Royal Boulevard (Route 4019) in Hampton and Shaler townships, Allegheny County will continue Monday, February 10 weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic will occur between Route 8 and Grant Avenue weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through late March. Crews will conduct drainage improvement work. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
Overnight work will occur on this project. Additional information will be provided in advance of the start of night work.
The prime contractor is A. Liberoni, Inc. on this $11.89 million group paving project. Improvement work includes milling and paving, drainage upgrades, shoulder repairs, guide rail updates, pavement markings, and other various construction related activities.
