The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Engineering District 11-0 and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are pleased to invite you to attend a public informational meeting being conducted on Thursday, March 27 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the Glenfield Viaduct Preservation Project. This public meeting is to provide preliminary project details, project schedule, and anticipated traffic control. The project team will be available to answers questions and gather feedback from residents and community groups regarding the project.
The meeting will be held:

Location: Valley Veterans Association, 108 East Beaver Street, Sewickley, PA 15143
The purpose of the project is to complete pier and abutment repairs, bearing and expansion dam replacements, steel repairs, painting of steel, installation of additional bridge lighting, overlay work on the bridge deck, barrier repairs and an adjoining stair tower will be repaired and painted as well.
The project is anticipated to be begin construction in 2027.
