PennDOT District 11 is announcing a single-lane restriction on southbound Route 28 in O’Hara Township, Sharpsburg and Aspinwall boroughs, and the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Tuesday, December 31 weather permitting.
A single-lane restriction will occur on southbound Route 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, December 31 just south of the Highland Park Bridge/Aspinwall (Exit 6) interchange. Crews will conduct emergency fiber optic cable repair work.
