The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing digital sign repair work on northbound Route 28 in Sharpsburg Borough, Allegheny County, will occur Tuesday, May 5 weather permitting.

Digital sign repair work requiring a single-lane restriction on northbound Route 28 will occur Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM between the Route 8/Butler (Exit 5B) and Highland Park Bridge/Aspinwall (Exit 6) interchanges.

Crews from Bonder Technical Services will perform the sign repair work.

Please stay alert and drive cautiously – safety is everyone’s responsibility.
