The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing potential restrictions on North Dallas Avenue (Route 380) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County weather permitting.

Crews from Independent Enterprises will conduct waterline work along North Dallas Avenue between Penn Avenue and Thomas Boulevard from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM weekdays through early October. Majority of the impacts will be off the road within the sidewalks along North Dallas Avenue. However, there is a potential that single-lane alternating restrictions can occur.

Please use caution if traveling on this roadway. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
