The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing bridge inspection activities on Route 65 in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Monday, May 11 weather permitting.  

Single-lane restrictions will occur in both directions on Route 65 between the Chateau Street on-ramp and California Avenue from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday. Crews from Michael Baker International will conduct bridge inspection activities on the Route 65 bridge over Chateau Street.

Additionally, the on-ramp from Chateau Street to northbound Route 65 will be placed in a stop condition while the inspection work occurs.

Please stay alert and drive cautiously – safety is everyone’s responsibility.
