PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Route 910 (Gibsonia Road/Wexford Bayne Road) in Richland, Marshall, and Pine townships, Allegheny County will begin Monday, March 25 weather permitting.

Single-lane alternating traffic restrictions with flaggers will occur on Route 910 between Hardt Road in Richland Township and Mingo Road in Marshall Township through late fall according to the following schedule: 

  • Daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Overnights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Additionally, lane restrictions will occur from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for 50 calendar days for paving operations. Additional information will be provided in advance of paving work.

Major work is expected to finish by late fall. Minor punch list work will conclude in the spring of 2025.

Improvement work includes milling and paving, drainage upgrades, base and shoulder repairs, guide rail updates, pavement markings, and other various construction related activities.

The prime contractor is Northeast Paving on this multi-year group paving construction project.
