The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing overnight utility work on northbound Route 65 (Ohio River Boulevard) in Emsworth Borough, Allegheny County will occur tonight, Thursday, July 16 weather permitting.
There will be a single-lane restriction on northbound Route 65 at the intersection with Allegheny Avenue from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM tonight. Crews from F.J. Zottola Construction Inc. will conduct water mainline work for West View Water.
