The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing gas line replacement work on Evergreen Avenue (Route 4009) in Millvale Borough, Allegheny County will begin Tuesday, June 9 weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic will occur on Evergreen Avenue between Hawthorne Road and Bessie Street from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM weekdays through early July. Crews from D & M Contracting will conduct gas line replacement work for Peoples Gas.
