The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing inspection work on the Forbes Avenue ramp to the Birmingham Bridge (Route 2085) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Friday, August 14 and Monday, August 17 weather permitting.
Crews will conduct inspection activities on the ramp that carries traffic from Forbes Avenue to the Birmingham Bridge from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day. Crews from Michael Baker International will conduct bridge inspection work.
Please use caution if traveling on this bridge. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
