The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing Allegheny County Airport Safety Area improvement work on westbound Route 2040 (Lebanon Church Road) in West Mifflin Borough, Allegheny County will begin on Monday, August 31 weather permitting.
Single-lane restrictions will occur on westbound Lebanon Church Road between Buttermilk Hollow Road and just west of the Rodeo Drive intersection from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM each night, as needed, through mid-September. Crews from Mele & Mele & Sons, Inc. will conduct sawcutting, excavation, subbase, curb, paving, and pavement marking work for the Allegheny County Airport.
